Our Impact

Our impact is a reflection of the inspiring leaders we support driving change in education, tech, workforce development, community development, advocacy, and health/wellness.

Theory of Change

Camelback Ventures’ transformative programs empower diverse entrepreneurs to build thriving businesses and drive positive social impact. Our Fellowship Program equips early-stage founders with the tools and resources needed to succeed, while the Capital Collaborative advocates for equitable funding practices.

Through our efforts, we’re fostering a more inclusive and supportive entrepreneurial ecosystem with convenings such as the Guardian Summit. Our Fellows are achieving remarkable growth, attracting investment, and creating jobs.

Beyond individual success, their ventures are generating substantial social and economic returns for their communities. By investing in these entrepreneurs, we’re investing in a brighter future for all.

“The initial investment from Camelback was transformative to the trajectory of America on Tech. For a founder like me who didn’t have the friends or family…investment, it felt like the necessary capital we needed to be able to grow and scale.

Janine Gomez

“It’s so impactful to have people who get what you’re doing, and understand the struggles of being a leader of color.”
