As Camelback Ventures continues to expand its impact and deepen support for entrepreneurs, we are seeking a Partner, Programs to help deliver a rigorous, relevant, and best-in-class accelerator experience for founders and our growing alumni portfolio.
This Program Partner role will support Camelback Venture’s ongoing commitment to support founders launching charter schools, as well as those developing education programs and products. They will mentor and coach a portfolio of founders as they strengthen their business plans, map out a sustainable fundraising strategy, and provide ongoing support and connections beyond their Fellowship experience as they progress along the long arc of social entrepreneurship (0-10+ years) and meet hard goals (e.g., follow-on funding) while evolving into a durable venture.
As a part of the Program team, the Program Partner will leverage their experience with education venture and charter school founders throughout selection processes, program facilitation, and implementation of Camelback Ventures strategic priorities. Program partners will also collaborate to develop and curate new experiences and programs for founders engaged in the Camelback Ventures network.
They will also cultivate partnerships and with the investor community to help our fellows build the networks and relationships they need to secure follow-on funding for their ventures. In addition, they will assist the team in continuing to improve the design and development of a high-quality curriculum and scope and sequence that supports the growth of the founders and ventures in our program.
Position Location: Remote position, but must be located in the continental United States.
Salary range: $130,000-$150,000

The Role:
Camelback Ventures is looking for an experienced nonprofit finance leader to lead the financial strategy, management, and systems that support our mission and long-term sustainability. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. You will advise the CEO, Leadership Team, and Board while also staying close to the work of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounting, grants, compliance, and financial operations. You will also lead and strengthen the people, systems, and external partnerships that keep Camelback financially strong and prepared for growth.
The Person:
You are a senior finance leader who is equally comfortable shaping strategy and ensuring the details get done. You bring calm, clarity, and structure to complex environments, and you understand that strong internal infrastructure is not separate from mission impact—it is what makes mission impact sustainable.
You are a trusted advisor to executive leadership and a practical partner to staff. You can move from Board-level financial strategy to workflow design, from audit oversight to systems to staff supervision, without losing sight of the bigger picture.
You lead with sound judgment, transparency, discretion, and care. You know how to build systems that are clear enough to support accountability and flexible enough to support people. You are energized by helping a mission-driven organization operate with greater focus, financial clarity, and internal alignment.
