The first time we met was at your house on the Vineyard. It was my first time on the Vineyard and my first time at Head and Heart. And since then, you have found ways to support me big and small. Whether that be giving me a heads-up on how to approach to Vanessa Kirsch to the advice you shared while we were in Monterrey about raising children.
Camelback exists because of your unwavering belief in our mission and our leadership. You took a chance on me and what I could do. I appreciate that and will always be grateful.
The next step is to build a powerful community of people that are networked together that can support our most promising untapped entrepreneurs who are too often are people of color and women. That is what we seek to achieve at Ecosystem, an inaugural convening to be held September 28 - 29 in the Bay Area. I would humbled if you would attend.
With grace, Aaron

BE RUTHLESS FOR GOOD
As we know, genius is equally distributed, but access is not. Ecosystem seeks to ensure that untapped communities — especially communities of color — do not just consume the future, but that we invest in our untapped entrepreneurs who are creating it. To create this vision, Ecosystem is a project powered by Camelback Ventures to build the community of people that can bring together their time, talent and treasure to invest in each other.
The theme of the Ecosystem is built around Camelback's mantra and manifesto: the idea of using the intense ruthlessness we see throughout the world, often for destructive personal gain, and utilize that same fearlessness and unapologetic passion to advance a cause bigger than ourselves.
